  • Initiated Group Training programme of half day duration for students with Learning Disabilities attending normal schools, on Saturdays (once a week basis, co-ordinating psychologists, Linguists, Speech Pathologists and special educators from April 1999. Focussed on Cognitive retraining after dividing them into groups on the basis of their clinical signs, severity and age factors
  • Joint Secretary of Second International Conference on Neurology, Language and Cognition held in December 2002. Responsible for locating and mobilizing eminent scientists from the field of Neurology, Clinical Psychology, Speech Pathology, Pediatrics, Linguistics and Special Education from reputed centres of excellence at National and International levels.
  • . In charge for publication of Souvenir of 2nd international conference 2002, and involved in selection of papers, editing of papers, designing lay out, formatting, prioritizing, mobilizing ads, preparation of preface, proof reading and finalization
  • Organizing Secretary of RCI-Week, ICCONS, Trivandrum from 22nd to 28th of June 2003; which was arranged as per the directive of Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI).
  • Program Co-ordinator of Phase 1 & Phase II of Teacher’s Training Program in Learning Disabilities for St. Thomas Group of Institutions, Trivandrum, conducted from 7th to 14th May, 2014 and 21st to 30th May 2014, respectively
  • Program Co-ordinator of the 2nd Task Force Meet –Cognitive Science Research Initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt: of India, held on Nov 7th & 8th 2014 at ICCONS, Shoranur
  • Initiated Parent mediated Group Training Program for ASD children from June 2015, for generalization of treatment across settings and helping them attain age appropriate skills in social reciprocation & communication skills.
  • Co-ordinator of Course development viz M.Sc Applied Psychology in Cognitive Rehabilitation – Responsibly handled the duties of compilation of new syllabus, convening expert committee meetings of subject to whet the final syllabus and handled related correspondences with the University of Kerala
