ICCONS, Shoranur conducts RCI-recognized, graduate level programs for manpower development in the field of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. The programs have been affiliated to the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The BASLP degree program is oriented towards training students to undertake the responsibilities of an Audiologist and Spoeech Language Pathologist and has been continued in ICCONS since 2001.

The course shall be of 4 years including 1 academic year (10 months) of internship at various institutes across the country. Regular University exams will be conducted at the end of each semester. The degree is awarded after successful completion of coursework and internship. The student intake for this course is 20 per year. Admissions to this course is conducted by the LBS centre for Science and Technology. As it is a self financing course, 50% seats are allocated as merit seats and rest is considered as management/payment seats.
